4. Data Usage in AI

We do not use your proprietary data to train general-purpose AI models or share it with third parties without your consent.

Clients should exercise their own judgment when using AI-generated materials.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content created for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment, subject to the terms outlined in our general Terms of Service. OmniForgeAI retains ownership of its proprietary AI tools, models, workflows, and methodologies. Clients may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI systems.

7. Responsible AI Use

OmniForgeAI is committed to responsible AI practices. We:

  • Maintain human oversight of all AI-generated outputs
  • Implement safeguards against harmful, misleading, or discriminatory content
  • Comply with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) in all AI data processing
  • Continuously monitor and improve our AI systems for quality and fairness
  • Are transparent about when AI is used in our service delivery

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our AI-powered services to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Create misleading or deceptive content intended to defraud

  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent AI safety measures

9. Liability

OmniForgeAI, its owners, directors, employees, staff, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or unintended outputs. Clients assume responsibility for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use or publication.

We may update these AI Terms of Use as AI technology and regulations evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
